  1. No Refund Once Ticket Is Booked

All lottery ticket purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

  1. Digital Delivery Only

Lottery tickets are purchased from authorized Kerala Government agents and shared with you via digital formats such as:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Dashboard (if available)

As we do not deliver physical copies, the concept of “returns” does not apply to our service.

  1. Errors in User Information

If incorrect personal details (e.g., phone number, email, name) are entered during checkout and result in non-delivery or failed communication, we are not responsible. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is accurate.

  1. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed payment where the amount is debited from your account but no ticket is issued:

  • Please contact us immediately with proof of payment.
  • If verified, the amount will either be:
    • Refunded to your original payment method, or
    • Used to process your pending ticket booking.

This process may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. No Warranty on Lottery Outcomes

We do not guarantee any winnings or outcomes. All Kerala lottery results are published by the official Kerala State Lotteries Department. Purchasing a ticket is not a promise of return on investment.

  1. Booking Cut-off and Availability

If tickets for a particular draw are sold out or unavailable at the time of booking:

  • We may process your ticket for the next available draw.
  • In such cases, you will be informed via your registered contact details.
  • Refunds are not applicable due to draw change unless there’s a system failure on our end.
